What is gvlMOD?
gvlMOD (short for GreenvilleMOD) is a collective of passionate architects, small business owners, and corporate business people with a love of modern architecture, furniture, and design.
Our purpose is to create awareness, provide education, and preservation of significant structures, with a focus on the the Mid Century era.

gvlMOD is also a self-guided home tour with a curated mix of beautifully preserved and restored mid‑century homes and modern gems. On the tour you will learn about each site’s distinct history and its relationship and influence on modern architecture in the Upstate of South Carolina.
The tour is a rare chance to walk through and appreciate original mid‑century modern homes in Greenville and is perfect for architecture lovers, design enthusiasts, history buffs, or anyone who enjoys creative homes.
