All attendees must be age 12 or older.
The tour DOs:
- Shoe covers (provided) must be worn in designated homes.
- Interior photos allowed at homeowner discretion.
- Please respect areas designated as Off-Limits by homeowners.
- Homes are not ADA-compliant. There may be stairs and slopes without railings, doorways may be too narrow to accommodate mobility equipment.
- You may have to park a few blocks from a home and walk to it. Important parking information will be provided in the digital tour guide.
- Please respect neighboring properties – stay off grass and respect No Parking signs
The tour DON’Ts:
- No refunds – event held rain or shine
- No pets allowed
- No food or beverage allowed inside homes
- No use of bathrooms in homes
- No parking on grass – anywhere
- No smoking inside homes
- No spikey high-heels
