The glvMOD home tour is a rare chance to walk through and appreciate original mid‑century modern, contemporary and renovated modern design in Greenville, SC and is perfect for architecture lovers, design enthusiasts, history buffs, or anyone who enjoys creative homes.
The tour is held during the Spring, with tickets going on sale a month prior. Attendees can pick up their wristbands between 10am and 1pm on the day of the tour at the office of the tour’s presenting sponsor, Wilson Associates Real Estate, at 213 E. Broad Street, Greenville SC.
For the privacy of our generous homeowners, street addresses are published the day of the tour and are available only to attendees. A printed tour guide will be provided at wristband pickup and will include a QR code that grants access to an expanded, digital version of the tour guide with maps, parking information, and further historical context.
A post-tour meetup directly follows the tour for attendees to meet and share their experience.

All attendees must be age 12 or older.
The tour DOs:
- Shoe covers (provided) must be worn in designated homes.
- Interior photos allowed at homeowner discretion.
- Please respect areas designated as Off-Limits by homeowners.
- Homes are not ADA-compliant. There may be stairs and slopes without railings, doorways may be too narrow to accommodate mobility equipment.
- You may have to park a few blocks from a home and walk to it. Important parking information will be provided in the digital tour guide.
- Please respect neighboring properties – stay off grass and respect No Parking signs
